Configuring QSFP+ Ports
1. Display the current port mode for the QSFP+ ports.
2. Change the port mode to 40GbE. Select the physical port number.
3. Verify the change.
4. Reset the switch.

QSFP+ ports support both 10GbE and 40GbE, as shown in Table
Use the following procedure to change the QSFP+ port mode.
# show boot qsfp-port-modes
QSFP ports booted configuration:
Port 1, 2, 3, 4 - 10G Mode
Port 5, 6, 7, 8 - 10G Mode
Port 9, 10, 11, 12 - 10G Mode
Port 13, 14, 15, 16 - 10G Mode
QSFP ports saved configuration:
Port 1, 2, 3, 4 - 10G Mode
Port 5, 6, 7, 8 - 10G Mode
Port 9, 10, 11, 12 - 10G Mode
Port 13, 14, 15, 16 - 10G Mode
RS 8264CS(config)# boot qsfp-40Gports 5
# show boot qsfp-port-modes
QSFP ports booted configuration:
Port 1, 2, 3, 4 - 10G Mode
Port 5, 6, 7, 8 - 10G Mode
Port 9, 10, 11, 12 - 10G Mode

Use the 'no' form of the command to reset a port to 10GbE mode.
