Before setting out the occupied point and backsight should be set. Locations
can be determined by the methods described in sections（9.2.3）and（9.2.4) or by
inputting stake numbers after defining the horizontal alignment data.
Before setting out, press F4 (select file) on the road setting-out interface to
select required coordinate file so as to call the observation station point and
backsight point.
