Marble cake

Ingredients
250 g butter
200 g sugar
8 g vanilla sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. rum
150 ml milk
500 g plain flour
5 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. cocoa powder

Preparation
Cream together the butter, sugar and
vanilla sugar. Gradually beat in the
eggs. Stir in the rum and 120 ml of milk.
Then sift the flour and baking powder
and mix into the creamed butter mix.
Stir the cocoa power and remaining
milk into about 1/3 of the mixture.
Add half of the light mixture to a ring
tin. Pour the cocoa mixture on top of
this and then finish off with the rest of
the light mixture.
Swirl a fork through the mixture to give
a marbled effect, and bake.
