5.10. Assistant Controller (Option) Disassembly and Assembly

Removal and Disassembly

Loosen the retaining bolt and remove the
assistant controller.

Loosen the 3 screws, and remove the un-
der cover of the assistant controller.

Disconnect the connectors of the lead wire,
etc. that are connected to the print board.

To replace the lead wire:
Use a slotted screwdriver to push out the
rubber grommet that is securing the lead
wire onto the under cover, and remove the
lead wire.

To replace the print board:
Remove the 3 screws, and pull out the print
board from the case.

Assembly and Installation
Replace the components and assemble
using reverse procedure.
Screws for securing the print board (× 3)
Tightening torque: 0.4 to 0.6 Nm
Screws for securing the under case (× 3)
Tightening torque: 0.6 to 0.8 Nm
Bolt for securing the controller (× 1)
Tightening torque: 12 to 16 Nm
