Controller Disassembly, Assembly, and Parts Replacement

(1) Disassembly

Remove the 6 screws, and remove
the under cover from the controller
switch case.

Disconnect the 3 connectors that
are connecting the lead wires to
the printed circuit board.

To replace the lead wire:
Remove the 2 screws for the wire
guide, and remove the lead wire
from the under cover of the switch
case.

To replace the printed circuit
board:
Disconnect the switch connector,
remove the cap, nut, and washer,
and then remove the switch. Re-
peat this step to remove the other
switch.
Disconnect connector A.
Lift up the lock, and pull out the
LCD ribbon cable.
Be careful not to bend or damage
the LCD ribbon cable.
Remove the 4 screws, and pull out
the printed circuit board.
