Activating gateway functionality

The Gateway view is only available in samosPLAN 6 when you actively use the gateway functionali-
ty. Basically you can set up the gateway functionality in two ways:
Scenario 1: You are using a gateway module
You implement the gateway functionality via a supplementary module, as indicated in the following
example. Here the SP-CAN module is used:
