Save Settings and Exit
The features selected and configured in the Setup screens are stored in the CMOS
when this option is selected. The CMOS checksum is calculate and written to the
CMOS. Control is then passed back to the AMIBIOS and the booting process
continues, using the new CMOS values.
If you select the SAVE SETTINGS AND EXIT option, the following window
displays:
Save current settings and exit
(YIN) ?
You have two options:
• Press INI and <Enter> to return to the AMIBIOS Setup Main Menu.
• Press Iyl and <Enter> to save the system parameters and continue with the
booting process.
Exit without Saving
This option passes control back to AMIBIOS without writing any changes to the
CMOS.
If you select the EXIT WITHOUT SAVING option, the following window displays:
Quit without saving the current settings
(YIN)

You have two options:
• Press INI and <Enter> to return to the AMIBIOS Setup Main Menu.
• Press Iyl and «Enter> to continue with the booting process without saving any
system parameters .
