Check the OT FL T indicator for both OCAs.
Do both OCAs have this indicator on?
YES

Go to step 24.

Check the air inlets to the OCAs and around the
system to ensure that air flow is not blocked.
Is the air flow blocked?
NO
YES

Correct the problem, When complete, go to
step 59.

A high temperature in the room caused the system
to prevent damage by shutting down.
Notify the customer of the problem. When the
problem is resolved, continue on step 59.

For any OCA with the OCA FL T indicator on,
exchange the following:
• OCA
When complete, continue on step 59.

Is the System Power Status window displayed (on
the system display)?
YES
NO

Open the System Power Status window by
double-clicking on the icon.
When the System Power Status window
displays, continue on step 26.
