Is the amber display power indicator on?
YES NO

Exchange the following FRU:
• Display unit
• IOSP card (Slot 18)
When complete, go to step 59 to verify the
repair.
Check the following:
• The AC line cords are not damaged and are
plugged into the OCAs.
• The Emergency Power Off (EPO) switch is in
the On (up) position.
• The switches labelled PWR are in the NORM
position on both OCAs.
• The switches labelled UEPO BYPASS are in
the NORM position on both OCAs.
Are all of the above conditions correct?
YES NO
~ Correct any problem found.
When complete, go to step 59.

Check the PWR IN indicator for both OCAs
Does either DCA have this indicator on?
YES NO

Customer power is missing and must be
checked.
End of procedure

Check the PWR OUT indicator for both OCAs
Does either of the OCAs have this indicator on?
YES NO
~
Go to step 14.
