On the System Power Status window:
• Select Service Mode from the menu bar.
• Select Enter Service Mode Password from
the pull-down.
• Type PEMODE and press Enter

state of SSC-DCA communications for both OCAs.
Is SBC-OCA COMM set to BAD for either OCA?
YES

(Slot 2).
Is the cable plugged at both ends and without
damage?
YES
