Limitation of liability

The manufacturer assumes no liability for damages resulting from:
m failure to observe the operation manual
m application for purposes other than those intended
m use by untrained personnel
The actual scope of materials delivered can vary from the explanations and illustrations
described here in the event of custom designs, the use of additional ordering options or
due to the most recent changes in technology.
The user assumes the responsibility of conducting maintenance and commissioning in
accordance with the safety regulations of the applicable standards and all other relevant
national or regional legislation relating to conductor dimensioning and protection,
grounding, circuit breakers, overvoltage protection, etc.
The person who conducted the assembly or installation shall be accountable for damages
occurring during assembly or connection.
