1 About this Guide

This user's guide explains how to use the MSD-72 series switchers (hereafter referred to as "MSD"), which
have a scan converter. The MSD series is devided into two models based on the type of audio connectors
and RS-232C port. Since descriptions in this document are for MSD-7204UHD and MSD-7204UHDTB having
four outputs, there may be slight differences between these models and other models having one to three
outputs.
