Data set 1 in DP interface

The content of DS1 for DP interface contains the same information as DS0 because certain
CPUs first request DS1 for diagnostic purposes. If DS1 is rejected by DP interface, the CPU
does not request any further diagnoses. Diagnostics bits that are not within the scope of DS0
always remain set to 0.
