Symbol Meaning
Faulty input or output

Defective module

red At least one fault is present.
red Communication to the fieldbus master is disturbed.
yellow At least one warning is present.
Symbol Meaning
green The MSS safety relay is in configuring mode.
green The MSS safety relay is in test mode.
green The MSS safety relay is in safety mode.
green The MSS safety relay is actively working with the safety circuit.
yellow The MSS safety relay is not working with the safety circuit.
No valid password has been entered for switching to test mode (max. 5 s
beforehand).
There is a device error that is preventing the operating mode change.
Symbol Meaning
red TARGET slot configuration not equal ACTUAL slot configuration.
red An error occurred during the configuration phase.
red Faulty wiring of a sensor connection or in the sensor itself.
Flashing Protection fault: Processing sequence on the sensor not coherent.
