• Reduce mass of the moving
load/travel speed.
• Comply with limit value.
Correct mounting of the
connecting shaft:
• Clean contact surfaces.
• Comply with dimension B.
• Tighten screws.
• Check permitted flatness
of the mounting surface.
• Align axes/slides.
• Lubricate axes.
• Change travel speed.
• Change controller paramet­
ers.
• Check controller signal.
• Release brake.
• Check and correct cabling.
• Change controller
parameters.
• Check proximity switch,
connections and controller.
• Align axes/slides.
• Replace coupling.
• Observe limit values.
• Align axes/slides.
