8B-3 Error Displays
When this machine detects an error a start-up or during game play, an error screen is displayed and
operations stop. Refer to the error code table below to identify the cause of the error and resolve
it. If a screen not shown in the error code table is displayed, or the error message is displayed
again after performing the appropriate solution, there may be some other cause. If this is the case,
contact your distributor.

21-01 CLOCK ERROR
Main cause
· A coin selector malfunction.
· The USIO (T) PC board
malfunction.
· There is an abnormality in
the Service switch
· The USIO (T) PC board
malfunction.
· The coin counter is
malfunctioning.
· The USIO (T) PC board
malfunction.
· A connector is disconnected.
The USIO (T) PC board
malfunction.
· A connector is disconnected.
A gun controller malfunction.
· The USB dongle is not
inserted.
· A USB dongle for another
model is inserted.
· Two or more USB dongles are
inserted.
· Version update failed.
· The time is not set correctly.

Remedy
· Replace the coin selector.
· Replace the USIO (T) PC
board.
· Contact your distributor.
· Replace the USIO (T) PC
board.
· Contact your distributor.
· Replace the USIO (T) PC
board.
· Check the USIO (T) PC board
connection.
· Replace the USIO (T) PC
board.
· Check the gun controller
connection.
· Replace the gun controller.
· Insert the USB dongle for
the machine. Then, turn the
power switch off and back
on. If the same error recurs,
contact your distributor.
· Turn the power off and
perform the update again.
· Set the time correctly.
