Outer ring of the axle shaft flange needle bearing, left side (arrow)
Drive out the differential cylinder roll bearing (Figure 2.8.13.5) with removal tool HAZET
788 – 70 (3) and panel puller
Press out the connecting shaft needle bush in the direction of the arrow with tool no.
46 (Figure 2.8.13.7)
Gear housing
Remove the baffle of the bearings (4)
Caution
Heat the gear housing at 130 °C (266 F) for 30 minutes
Push out the outer ring of the drive shaft (2)
Push out the outer ring of the pinion shaft (3)
Push out the ball bearing of the shift drum (1)
