This section explains the communication error messages.
• The messages can be displayed in English or Japanese on the WT3000. However, if
a messages is queried with the :STATus:ERRor? command and displayed on a PC,
the message is displayed in English.
• If servicing is required, contact your nearest YOKOGAWA dealer for repairs.
• Only error messages related to communications are listed here. For other error
messages, see User's Manual IM760301-01E .
Corrective Action
Invalid syntax.
Use a comma to separate the data.
See pages 5-5 and 5-6 and write using the
correct data form.
Check the number of data points.
Enter the required data.
Use a space to separate the header and data.
Check the mnemonic (alphanumerical character
string).
Check the header.
Check the header.
A number is required in the <NRf> form.
Use a smaller exponent for <NR3> format.
The value must be less than equal to 255 digits.
Enter in a format other than <NRf> format.
Check the unit of the <Voltage>, <Current>,
<Time>, and <Frequency>.
