FB IM308C function block to read the diagnostic data.
Diagnostics consists of master diagnostics and slave diagnostics.
Master diagnostics comprises the diagnostic functions implemented in the
DP master for the DP slaves of the master, and for the status of the DP
master.
Slave diagnostics comprises detailed diagnostic messages for each DP slave.
