Description
Enter the IP address.
Enter the Netmask.
NetBIOS node type for a Microsoft DHCP client.
Domain name of client. The domain name configured here will be used as the default
domain name by the client.
File name of boot image. The boot file is used to store the boot image for the client. The boot
image is generally the operating system the client uses to load. If this option is input twice for
the same pool, the second command will overwrite the first command. If the boot file is not
specified, the boot file information will not be provided to the client.
IP address of next server. The next server used by the DHCP client boot process is typically
a TFTP server. If next server information is not specified, it will not be provided to the client.
If this option is input twice for the same pool, the second command will overwrite the first
command. It is allowed to specify the next server but not specify the boot file, or specify the
boot file but not specify the next server.
IP address of DNS server. Specifies the IP address of a DNS server that is available to a
DHCP client. Up to three IP addresses can be specified in one command line.
IP address of WINS server. Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS) is a name resolution
service that Microsoft DHCP clients use to correlate host names to IP addresses within a
general grouping of networks.
IP address of default router. Specifies the IP address of the default router for a DHCP client.
Up to three IP addresses can be specified in one command line.
By default, each IP address assigned by a DHCP server comes with a one-day lease, which
is the amount of time that the address is valid.
Days – Days of lease.
Hours – Hours of lease.
Minutes – Minutes of lease
