If uRPF is in strict mode, then:
uRPF check succeeds if one of the following is true:
The source IP address of the packet matches any of the routes that can be
originated from this specific interface.
The source IP address of the packet doesn't match any specific routes in the
forwarding table.
uRPF check fails if the following is true:
The source IP address of the packet matches a route in the forwarding table, but
the next-hop of the route is not on this specific interface.
