This command assigns an existing CPU protection policy for the interface. The CPU protection
policies are configured in the config>sys>security>cpu-protection>policy cpu-protection-policy-id
context.
policy-id — Specifies an existing CPU protection policy.

This command creates a delay to make the interface operational by the specified number of seconds
The value is used whenever the system attempts to bring the interface operationally up.
seconds — Specifies a delay, in seconds, to make the interface operational.

This command enables local proxy ARP on the interface.
