If a destination (extension number) has already been defined for the key you have
indicated, Office PhoneMail will note its current destination and then prompt you
to enter the new destination.
You do not have to set CCR destinations for all seven or even for one of these seven
keys. You need program destinations only if you want to make CCR available to your
callers, and only for as many keys as you have desired CCR destinations.

Setting Up a Fax-On-Demand Mailbox

If you have purchased and installed a fax enabling expansion card, your Office PhoneMail sys-
tem allows you to enable up to two fax-on-demand mailboxes.
A fax-on-demand mailbox is a special kind of mailbox used exclusively to store fax messages
for transmission to callers who request this information.
For instance, a fax-on-demand mailbox might be used to store such frequently requested doc-
uments as sales brochures or product order forms. Callers who need these materials can sim-
ply access the fax-on-demand mailbox, specify the document(s) they desire, and enter a des-
tination fax number. Office PhoneMail then automatically faxes the requested information to the
caller.
Callers may reach a fax-on-demand mailbox by transferring to it through the Auto Attendant,
requesting transfer to it by the human attendant, or, if the mailbox has been set up as a CCR
destination, by entering the appropriate CCR number, as directed in your recorded top-level
greeting (e.g., "If you would like us to fax you a current price list, please press
detailed instructions on setting up CCR destinations, refer to Section 7.4, "Setting CCR Desti-
nations", on page 7-6.
