Setting Dialing Method - Siemens Euroset 805 S Manual

Spiral handset cord
Insert connector (at long straight end) into socket marked
to engage. Attach short end to handset.
Connecting cord
Insert the one connector into socket
connector into wall socket. Secure connecting cord in cable guide provided.
The signaling method of your telephone must be set to MF tone dialing or loop
disconnect (LD) dialing (depending on the dialing method of the
telecommunication station) before you put your telephone into operation. When
delivered, your telephone is set for MF tone dialing.
Check: Dial any digit. If you hear the dial tone, you must change over to the
other dialing method.
