press *. Office PhoneMail will now ask for a mailbox number and password. Enter the guest
mailbox number followed by 4321#. Follow the recorded instructions to set up the guest
mailbox. After completing the initial set up help them set up the mailbox options.

Test Your System
51. Test Company Greetings - Day Mode
Call in on a trunk set for Primary Auto-Attendant and confirm that Office PhoneMail plays
the day greeting scripted in Section B.14, "Top-Level Menu", on page B-5. If not, confirm
that the Hicom CS is in day mode and that the correct greeting has been recorded for day
mode operation.
52. Test Company Greetings - Night Mode
Completion of this test requires the CS to be set to night mode. Call in on a trunk set for
Primary Auto-Attendant and confirm that Office PhoneMail plays the night greeting scripted
in Section B.14, "Top-Level Menu", on page B-5. If not, confirm that the Hicom CS is in night
mode and that the correct greeting has been recorded for night mode operation.
53. Test Second Language - Bilingual Systems Only
Call in on a trunk set for Primary Auto-Attendant and confirm that Office PhoneMail plays
prompts in the second language. If not, confirm that the language card was properly in-
stalled.
54. Test Caller-Controlled Routing
Call in on a trunk set for Primary Auto-Attendant and confirm that Office PhoneMail CCR
nodes transfer to the correct destinations. If not, confirm that CCR destinations have been
correctly programmed.
