55. Test Auto-Attendant Transfer to Extensions
Confirm that the Office PhoneMail successfully transfers calls to all enabled extensions.
Call into the Office PhoneMail on a trunk set for Primary Auto-Attendant and select a valid
extension number. Confirm that the correct extension rings. Repeat this for each extension.
If the correct extension does not ring, confirm that the extension has been enabled and that
the telephone set is properly labeled.
56. Test Attendant Parameters
Confirm that the Office PhoneMail works in a manner consistent with the settings de-
scribed in Section B.7, "Human Attendant's Parameters", on page B-2.
57. Test Message Delivery
Record a test message at least 30 seconds in length and send it to all enabled mailboxes.
Confirm that all the messages have been delivered into the mailboxes by assisting each
subscriber with accessing their mailbox and listening to the message. If the message is not
delivered and the mailbox is enabled, send another test message to that mailbox making
certain to address it properly.
58. Test Off-Site Message Notification
The OMNs are defined in the data sheets in Section B.16, "Subscriber Data Sheets", on
page B-8.
Confirm that all mailboxes set up for OMN are operating correctly. If not, confirm the set up
of OMN for each malfunctioning mailbox.

59. Test Fax Transfer
Send a fax page to a trunk set for Primary Auto-Attendant and confirm that Office Phone-
Mail transfers to the fax extensions defined in the table in Section B.8, "Fax Extensions",
on page B-2. If not, confirm that the fax extensions are enabled.
60. Test Message Waiting Indicator - On/Off
After sending test messages to each mailbox, confirm that the MWI is operating. If not, con-
firm that the mailbox is set up properly and test again.
