8. Set Office PhoneMail Call Management (Call Group) Type
Using Hicom CS administration, set the Office PhoneMail Call Group Type. The group type
may be either "Linear" or "Circular" but may NOT be set to be the type "Group Call" or
"Group Call - No Answer". Make certain that PhoneMail extensions are not members of a
"Call Pickup Group".

9. Set Office PhoneMail Call Management Group (Call Group) Name
Using Hicom CS administration, name the Office PhoneMail Call Group "Voicemail". Both
upper and lower case letters are allowed but the spelling must be exactly as shown above.

10. Set Call Management Target (Call FWD - No Answer Destination) Lists
Using Hicom CS administration, configure a "Voice Mail Access" destination list with the
Office PhoneMail group number as the first and only member.
Configure a "Voice Mail Call Coverage" list with the first member as "Called" and the Office
PhoneMail group number as the second member.

11. Set Office PhoneMail Internal Call Parameters
Using Hicom CS administration, set "Internal Calls" for Office PhoneMail extensions to the
Voice Mail Access destination list. This allows multiple users to access Office PhoneMail
