Set the cover page that will be sent with faxed documents. You must use a fax phone for
this task. When you hear the fax tone press the send key on your fax machine and hang
up. Refer to Section 7.7, "Setting the Fax Cover Page", on page 7-10.

and enter the Office PhoneMail Group Number. When prompted for a password, press
4321#. Follow the recorded instructions to set up the mailbox. After completing the initial
set-up, help them set up the mailbox options. Provide them with a copy of the Office Pho-
neMail User Guide .
