Sampling period

This parameter is only valid for the sampling period of feedback quantity.
The adjuster calculates for one time in each sampling period. The shorter
sampling period is, the quicker it responds.

It is the maximum offset of PID feedback quantity to PID given quantity;
When the feedback quantity is within this range, PID stops adjusting abd the
output maintains. Rational use this function is conducive to adjust the
contradiction between the accuracy and stability of the system output.
