Create the EtherCAT Slave Configuration.

Double-click EtherCAT under Configurations and Setup.

Create the slave configuration by dragging slaves.

Select the master and set the master parameters.

Select each slave and set the slave parameters.
Additional Information
At this point, you can use forced resetting from the I/O Map to check the wiring.
