12-2-2 Troubleshooting Flowchart for Non-fatal Errors

For a non-fatal error, use the Sysmac Studio or an NS-series PT to troubleshoot the error with the fol-
lowing flowchart. You can use the indicators to check the following:
• Level
• Whether the error is in the EtherNet/IP Function Module or the EtherCAT Master Function Module
• If the source of the error is the EtherNet/IP Function Module or the EtherCAT Master Function Mod-
ule, whether you can restore normal status yourself

for errors and corrections with the Sysmac Studio or an NS-series PT.

Event levels are given as following in the tables:
Maj: Major fault level
Prt: Partial fault level
Min: Minor fault level
Obs: Observation
Info: Information
