Semantics
D30, D60, L60, L90 - The fault loop resistance
Fault indication - Multi phase fault.
The PHASE SELECT MULTI-P operand.
L90 - The fault resistance at the fault point
L90 - Indicates in which segment of the line the fault occurred: 0 = N/A, 1 = LOCAL,
2 = REMOTE 1, 3 = REMOTE 2
