• The n2 words in the devices starting from the lowest device are filled with 0s.
• If the value specified by n1 or n2 is 0, the instruction will be not processed.
• If the value of n2 is equal to or greater than the value of n1, the n1 words devices starting from the device specified by (D)
will be filled with 0s.
Operation error
• In any of the following cases, an operation error occurs, the error flag (SM0) turns ON, and an error code is stored into SD0.
