(D): Head number of the devices where the output value controlled by the upper and lower limit control will be stored (BIN 16/32 bits)

Processing details
■LIMIT
• Controls the output value to be stored at the device designated by (D) by checking whether the input value (BIN 16 bits)
designated by (S3) is within the range of upper and lower limit values specified by (S1) and (S2) or not. Output value is
controlled in the way shown below:

• Values in the range from -32768 and 32767 can be designated at (S1), (S2), and (S3).
• When control based only on upper limit values is performed, the lower limit value designated at (S1) is set at "-32678".
