6.1.3 Function Set-ups

The Function set-up provides quick and easy access to all parameters required for the majority of VLT HVAC Drive applications including most VAV and
CAV supply and return fans, cooling tower fans, Primary, Secondary and Condenser Water Pumps and other pump, fan and compressor applications.
How to access Function set-up - example
Step 1: Turn on the frequency converter (yellow LED lights)

Step 2: Press the [Quick Menus] button (Quick Menus choices appear).
Function:
Enter the maximum limit for motor speed. The Motor Speed High Limit can be set to correspond
to the manufacturer's maximum rated motor. The Motor Speed High Limit must exceed the set-

Function:
Enter the minimum limit for motor speed. The Motor Speed Low Limit can be set to correspond to
the manufacturer's recommended minimum motor speed. The Motor Speed Low Limit must not
exceed the setting in par. 4-13
Function:
The jog speed is a fixed output speed at which the frequency converter is running when the jog
function is activated.
