Dangers, Warnings, Cautions, and Notes

There are four levels of special alert notation used in this manual. In descending order of
importance, they are:
NOTE: This provides supplementary information, emphasizes a point or
procedure, or gives a tip for easier operation.
DANGER:
This indicates an imminently hazardous
situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or
serious injury.
WARNING:
This indicates a potentially hazardous
situation which, if not avoided, could result in serious
injury or major damage to the equipment.
CAUTION:
This indicates a situation which, if not avoided,
could result in minor injury or damage to the equipment.
