How to remedy the
problem
Reduce the trigger
frequency. With TCP:
Process the results on
the server faster.
A high load on the
network to which the
reader is connected can
also block the transfer of
the data. If necessary,
check the network
connection.
With RS232: Increase
the baud rate. The
image buffer size in
"Program" can also be
increased under Image
acquisition, "Control" tab
to expand the send
buffer.
