16.2.2 Setting up Network for Service PC

Set up the network to allow the service PC and the facility's network to be connected each other.

Start the service PC.
WindowsXP starts and the desktop appears.

Click the [start] button and choose the [Control Panel] command from the start menu.
The "Control Panel" window is displayed.

Double-click the "Network Connections" icon.
The "Network Connections" window appears.

From the popup menu, which appears after right-clicking on the "Local Area Connection" icon,
select the [Properties] command.
"Local Area Connection Properties" window is displayed.
