3.6 Setting the Print Position (printing starting position)
Setting the moving direction of the Printhead Carriage
The set poston of the paper whch s loaded by the Meda Detect functon (a value from the Home Poston to
the set position of the paper) is reflected in the set value of the Print Position (Print Post) after adding the set
value for the "Margn" (a set value for the margn on the paper edge). See "3.7 Settng the Margn (the margn
on the paper edge)" descrbed later on how to set the "Margn".
Press the [FUNC] key + [ ] poston key to move the Prnthead Carrage to the Prnt Poston to allow
confirmation of the actual printing starting position.
Press any key (other than the [FUNC] key or [ ] poston key) to return the Prnthead Carrage to the Home
Poston.
Changing the Print Position (printing starting position)
To change the settng of the Prnt Poston (prntng startng poston), use the followng steps. (Use the same
steps when settng the Prnt Poston manually whle the Meda Detect functon s set to "off").
(1) Select [4.Prnt Para] from the man menu by usng [▲▼] (Up/Down) keys, and press the [ENTER] key.
