Upgrading an existing S8300B to R3.0 using the Wizards
the Electronic Preinstallation Worksheet screen displays. Because this is an upgrade of an
existing media server and media gateway, click the Continue button. The Usage Options
screen displays.
Usage Options screen
You can choose any of several Wizard Usage options. For an upgrade of an existing media
server and media gateway, select the Upgrade a previously installed media server with new
software and/or media gateway firmware radio button. Check the IP Defaults checkbox.
When you are finished with this screen, click Continue.
Click Continue to move through the Media Server tasks. The first Media Gateway screen to
display is the Firmware screen.
