1. Check if the Power Supply Board cable is correctly
connected to CN1 on the Main Board.

Supply itself is damaged.

computer with a USB cable.
1. Check if the Stylus Photo R340/350 driver is used for
the print job.
1. Verify that the model name written in the EEPROM on
the Main Board is correct.
Troubleshooting
Remedies
1. Correctly connect the Power Supply Board
cable to CN1 on the Main Board.
2. Replace the Power Supply Assy. with a new
one.
* If the problem still occurs after performing
the above remedies, replace the Main Board
