The push button module or joystick in the "additional func-
tion" mode (see sections 6.3.7 and 7.3.5) is used to control
this function.
The driving function at home remains available even when
the seat is raised. The speed is reduced (creep speed) as
soon as the seat leaves the lowest position, because the
power wheelchair is less resistant to tipping. This is indicat-
ed by a snail symbol on the control panel or the optional,
separate LCD monitor (Figure 32).

7.1.3 Electric Seat Tilt
WARNING
Risk of falling due to incorrect seat tilt handling
Use the seat tilt adjustment feature only with the back-
rest in the upright position.
Drive in street traffic only with the seat tilt lowered.
When driving with the seat tilt activated, fasten the
belts (lap belt, four-point belt) and do not lean out be-
yond the seat surface with the seat raised.
