NOTICE
Damage to tyres due to excessive tyre pressure. Do not
exceed the tyre pressure specified in Section „Technical
Data".
NOTICE
Damage to the drive unit sustainer. When raising the
power wheelchair, e.g. with a jack, avoid mechanical dam-
age to the drive unit sustainer such as surface scratches.
Apply the jack to the bottom of the drive unit sustainer.
INFORMATION
Direct sunlight (UV light) causes the tyres to age prema-
turely. As a result, the tread surface hardens and corner
pieces break out of the tread.
INFORMATION
Avoid parking the wheelchair outdoors whenever possible.
Regardless of wear and tear, replace the tyres every 2 years.
If the wheelchair is parked for an extended period of time
or the tyres overheat (e.g. in the vicinity of radiators or in
case of exposure to strong sunlight behind glass), the tyres
may become permanently deformed. Therefore, sufficient
C1000 DS
Maintenance, cleaning and disinfection
clearance should always be maintained from sources of
heat, and the wheelchair should be moved frequently or
placed on blocks for storage.
The power wheelchair is propelled by two 14" drive wheels
and steered by means of two 10" steering casters.
