Stacco forcella anteriore.
Inserire un supporto sotto al motore in modo da avere la ruota anteriore sollevata
da terra ed operare come segue:
– Rimuovere la pinza freno dallo scorrevole sinistro svitando le due viti (1) di
fissaggio;
– Togliere la tubazione freno ed il cavo contachilometri rispettivamente dalla
gamba sinistra e da quella destra;
– Allentare il fissaggio inferiore del cupolino portafaro per liberare superiormente
le protezioni degli steli;
– Rimuovere la ruota anteriore nel modo descritto al paragrafo "Stacco ruota
anteriore (I.45)";
– Allentare le quattro viti (2), che fissano ciascun tubo portante alla testa di sterzo
e le quattro (3) alla base di sterzo;
– Sfilare gli steli.
Quando si procede al rimontaggio allineare la sommità degli steli alla parte
superiore della testa di sterzo, come indica la figura.
Removing the front fork
Place a support under the engine so that the front wheel is raised fronm the ground
and operating as follows;
– Remove the brake caliper from the L.H. slider by unscrewing the two
fastening screws (1);
– Remove the brake hose and the odometer cable from the L.H. leg and R.H.
leg respectively;
– Loosen the lower attachement of the light fairing to clear the sop side of the
rod protections;
– Remove the font wheel following the instructions in the section "Front wheel
remova (I.45)l";
– Unloosen the four screws (2) fastening each stanchin tubes to the steering heas
and the four screws (3) to the steering base;
– Extract the fork legs.
When reassenbling, position the fork legs top end so that it is aligned with the
steering heas top (see figure).
