Stacco motore
Scaricare il refrigerane come descritto al capitolo "Registrazione e regolazione",
scollegare dal motore i tubi del circuito raffreddamento ed il termointerruttore dal
cablaggio principale.
- Togliere il carburatore dal manicotto (1) di aspirazione sulla scatola filtro ed
i tubi di sfiato olio tra il motore, il telaio e la scatola filtro (2), (3), (4).
- Allentare le fascette del cavo del generatore
- Staccare le seguenti connessioni elettriche: cavo motorino avviamento, cavo
massa
batteria-motore, cavi generatore, cavo interruttore folle, pipetta
candela.
- Allentare i registri frizione e rimuovere la trasmissione cavo frizione dal motore.
- Rimuovere le viti che fissano il coperchio protezione pignone ed il coperchio
stesso.
- Togliere la catena di trasmissione.
- Rimuovere la protezione della pompa freno posteriore e la vite di fissaggio della
leva freno posteriore.
- Rimuovere le viti di fissaggio del motore.
- Rimuovere il perno forcellone fino a liberare il motore.
- Rimuovere il motore e posizionarlo su un cavalletto rotativo.
- Scaricare l'olio motore come descritto al capitolo "Registrazioni e regolazioni".
Durante la fase di rimontaggio, assicurarsi che il cavo di
massa della batteria sia ben collegato alla vite di attacco
testa sul motore.
Engine removal
Disconnect from the engine the cooling system and the thermic switch from the main
wiring.
- Remove the carburettor from the suction sleeve that is on the head and the oil
breathers that are between the engine, the chassis and the filter box.
- Loosen the clamps of the generator cable.
- Disconnect the electric connections: the starting motor cable; the battery-engine
mass cable; the generator cables; the idle switch cable; the spark plug pipe.
- Loosen the clutch adjusters and remove the clutch cable transmission from the
engine.
- Remove the screws that fix the protection cover pinion and than remove the
protection cover itself.
- Remove the split ring and then extract the pinion.
- Remove the rear break pump protection and the fixing screw of the rear break
lever.
- Remove the engine fixing screw.
- Remove the fork pin in order to release the engine.
- Remove the engine and place it over a turning rest.
- Drain completely the engine oil.
During the reassembling operation, check that the battery
mass cable is connected with the fixing screw of the head on
the engine.
