Regolazione comando gas
Per verificare la corretta registrazione della trasmissione di comando gas operare nel
modo seguente:
"DELL'ORTO"
- Rimuovere il cappuccio in gomma;
- Spostando avanti ed indietro la guaina della trasmissione si deve riscontrare un
gioco di circa 1 mm;
- Nel caso questo gioco risultasse superiore, sbloccare il controdado (1) e svitare
il registro (2); agire inversamente nel caso il gioco fosse inferiore a 1 mm;
- Se la lunghezza del registro (2) non fosse sufficiente a ottenere la corretta
regolazione, agire sul registro posizionato sul carburatore.
Anche su quest'ultimo si deve riscontrare un gioco di circa 1 mm; in caso contrario,
svitare o avvitare il registro per diminuire o aumentare detto gioco.
"MIKUNI"
- rimuovere il cappuccio superiore in gomma (1);
- verificare, spostando avanti e indietro la trasmissione (2), che vi sia un gioco di
1 mm circa;
- qualora ciò non avvenisse sbloccare la controghiera (3) e ruotare opportunamente
la vite di registro (4) (svitandola si diminuisce il gioco, avvitandola lo si aumenta);
- bloccare nuovamente la controghiera (3).
Nel caso non fosse più possibile registrare il gioco sul comando posto sul manubrio
o si fosse sostituito il cavo é necessario intervenire nel modo seguente:
- ruotare la camma (7) fino alla posizione di massima apertura e verificare che il
cavo in tensione abbia un gioco di circa 1 mm. al comando sul manubrio;
- in caso contrario, agire sui controdadi (6) sino a ripristinare il gioco corretto;
- rilasciare la camma (7) ed effettuare la stessa registrazione sull'altro cavo.
Throttle adjustment
To check the correct adjustment of the throttle operate as follows:
"DELL'ORTO"
- Remove rubber cap;
- Move transmission sheath to and fro to ensure a play of approx. 1 mm;
- Should play be greater than 1 mm, loosen lock nut (1) and register (2); should
play less than 1 mm, then tighten lock nut and register;
- If register (2) should not provide sufficient movement to allow for correct
adjustment, then adjust register placed on carburetor.
There should be approx. 1 mm play on latter register; should this not be the case, then
loosen or tighten carburetor register to decrease or increase play.
"MIKUNI"
- remove the upper rubber cap (1);
- by moving cable (2) back and forth check for 1 mm. clearance;
- should the clearance be incorrect, unblock the counter ring-nut (3) and turn the
adjusting screw (4) (by unscrewing it, the clearance is reduced, while by screwing
screw (4) it is increased);
- tighten the counter ring-nut again (3);
If the play of the handlebar control cannot be adjusted, or the wire has been replaced,
proceed as follows:
- turn cam (7) until the maximum opening is reached and check that the stretched
wire has approx. 1 mm play on the handlebar control;
- on the contrary, work on lock nuts (6) until the correct play is restored;
- release cam (7) and adjust the other wire in the same way.
