Controllo livello olio e regolazione della forcella anteriore.
P er il regolare funzionamento della forcella è indispensabile che in entrambi gli steli
si trovi la prevista quantità di olio. Per controllare il livello dell'olio all'interno degli
steli della forcella procedere nel modo seguente:
- Rimuovere i tappi (1) dei tubi portanti;
- Togliere i tubetti di precarica e le molle dall'interno dei tubi portanti facendo
scolare l'olio all'interno di questi ultimi;
- Portare la forcella a fondo corsa;
- Verificare che il livello (A), in entrambi gli steli, si trovi a 150 mm dal limite
superiore del tubo portante;
- Rabboccare con olio prescritto se il livello risulta basso;
- Rimontare le molle e i tubetti di precarica;
- Serrare i tappi (1).
Effettuare qualche fondo corsa della forcella per verificarne il buon funzionamento
e controllare che non vi siano perdite.
I motocicli sono equipaggiati con una forcella regolabile in compressione (2 stelo
sinistro) ed estensione (3 stelo destro). La taratura standard, PER ENTRAMBI GLI
STELI, è -10 scatti rispetto alla posizione di registro completamente chiuso. Per
ottenere una frenatura più dolce, ruotare il registro in senso antiorario, agire
inversamente per ottenere una frenatura più dura. In caso di variazione della taratura
standard, accertarsi che entrambi gli steli siano regolati sulla stessa posizione.
Oil level checking and regulation of the front fork
For the proper operation of the fork, it is indispensable that both the fork legs contain
the required quantity of oil. Proceed as follows to check the oil level inside the fork
legs:
- Remove the caps (1) of the stanchion tubes;
- Remove the preloading sleeves and the springs from the inside of the stanchion
tubes letting the oil drop into the latter;
- Let the fork reach it end on stroke;
- Make sure that the level (A), in bothMust be at 150 mm from the upper end of
the bearing pipes;
- If level is low, top up with recommended oil;
- Reassemble the springs and the preloading tubes;
- Lock the caps (1);
Make the fork reach its end stroke several times in order to check proper operation.
Make sure that no leakages.
The motorcycles are equipped with an adjustable fork in compression (2 left stem)
and rebound (3 right stem). The standard calibration, for the stems both, is -10 clicks
from the closed position. To obtain a softer braking, turn the register counterclockwise,
act clockwise for a harder condition. The stems must be in the same position after
any change from the standard position.
Contrôle du niveau d'huile dans la fourche avant
Il est nécessaire qu'il y ait la même quantité d'huile dans les deux tiges de la fourche
pour que celle-ci fonctionne normalement. Pour verifier le niveau d'huile dans la tiges
de la fourche, procéder de la façon suivante:
- Enlever les bouchons (1) des tubes portants;
- Retirer les tubes de précharge et le ressort de l'intérieur des tubes portants et
laissant écouler l'huile de l'intérieur des tubes portants;
- Mettre la fourche en fin de course;
- S'assurer pour les deux tiges que le niveau (A) se trouve à 150 mm de la limite
supérieure des tubes portants;
- Faire l'appoint avec l'huile conseillée si le niveau est bas;
- Remonter les ressorts et les tubes de précharge;
- Serrer le bouchons (1).
Mettre plusieurs fois la fourche en fin de course afin de vérifier si tout fonctionne
bien et s'il n'y a pas de fuites.
Les motocycles sont pourvus d'une fourche réglable en compression (2 - tige gauche)
et en extension (3 - tige droite). L'étalonnage standard, POUR LES DEUX TIGES, est
de -10 déclics avec le registre complètement fermé. Pour un freinage en douceur,
tourner le registre dans le sens inverse aux aiguilles d'une montre, pour un freinage
plus brusque, tourner le registre dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre. En cas de
variation de l'étalonnage standard, s'assurer que les deux tiges soient réglées sur
la même position.
