Executing the Diagnostic Test
Toshiba MS-DOS is required to run the T1960CS/T1960CT Diagnostic Test Program. To
start the program, follow the steps listed below:
1.
Turn on the computer, and allow the computer to boot. Insert the T1960CS/
T1960CT Diagnostics Disk in the computer's internal floppy disk drive.
2.
At the system prompt, change to drive A and type TEST195S (T1960CS) or
TEST195T (T1960CT), and press Enter .
The following menu will appear:

version X.XX (c) copyright TOSHIBA Corp. 19XX
DIAGNOSTICS MENU :
1 - DIAGNOSTIC TEST
2 - HARD DISK FORMAT
3 -
4 - HEAD CLEANING
5 - LOG UTILITIES
6 - RUNNING TEST
7 - FDD UTILITIES
8 - SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
9 - EXIT TO MS-DOS
0 - SETUP
NOTE: To exit the T1960CS/T1960CT DIAGNOSTIC TEST Menu, press the Esc key.
If a test program is in progress, press Ctrl + Break to exit the test program, or press
Ctrl + C to stop the program.
