3.2.1.3 Cutlery Tray
1. In order to save time and trouble when unloading the cutlery basket, it
is advisable to reserve sections for knives, forks and spoons and to
sort the cutlery before cleaning.
2. Small spoons should be placed at a slant in the individual slots so that
any water droplets that form can run off freely.
3.2.1.4 Cutlery Basket
1. Unsorted cutlery should be placed in the cutlery basket, handles
facing downwards.
2. Small spoons should be placed in the individual slots to either side of
the cutlery basket.
3. Larger items like soup ladles, long knives and mixing spoons should
be placed flat in the front of the upper basket.
