11. Lay the Waterproof hose so that it is below the Waterproof connection
box – refer to Figure 2-31.

2.5.2 Drain Connection Hose
1. The drainage system is fitted with a non-return valve, which prevents
dirty water from flowing back into the machine via the drain hose. This
valve also acts as an odor trap.
2. The dishwasher is supplied with approx. 1.5 m of flexible drainage
hose with an internal diameter of 22 mm.
3. A hose clip with which the drain hose can be connected to the drain
connection on site is provided in the accessories kit.
4. The drain hose must not be shortened. Any excess length of hose
should be rolled up and started in an adjacent unit.
5. A longer drain hose (4 m) can be obtained from the Spares
Department.
6. The drain hose length must not exceed 4 m with a max. head height
of 1 m.
